Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking any service with us. By visiting jannatautomobiles.com, submitting a booking request, or bringing your vehicle to our workshop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to Jannat Automobiles & Parts, located at Plot-398, Phasertek, Balurmath, Vatara, Dhaka-1212, operated by Md. Moniruzzaman Monir.

1. Our Services

Jannat Automobiles & Parts provides automotive repair, maintenance, engine work, electrical work, dent and paint work, car wash and detailing, and spare parts supply for all major car brands including Toyota, Honda, Mitsubishi, and others.

All services are carried out at our workshop premises. We do not guarantee availability of any specific service at any given time, and we reserve the right to decline a service request if it falls outside our current capacity or technical capability.

Service charges listed on our website and quotation documents are indicative and based on standard labour costs. Final charges may vary depending on the actual condition of the vehicle, parts required, and the extent of work discovered during inspection.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through the booking form on our website. A booking confirmation from us does not constitute a binding contract until your vehicle has been received at our workshop and a job card or work order has been issued.

We will do our best to complete work within the estimated timeframe discussed at the time of booking. However, completion times may be affected by parts availability, the complexity of repairs discovered during work, or other factors outside our control. We will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling 01918-790594 or 01613-633098.

3. Vehicle Drop-Off and Collection

Drop-Off

When you bring your vehicle to our workshop, our team will carry out an initial inspection and discuss the required work with you before any service begins. We will not proceed with any work beyond basic inspection without your approval.

Please remove all personal valuables from your vehicle before leaving it with us. Jannat Automobiles & Parts is not responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Collection

We will contact you when your vehicle is ready for collection. Vehicles should be collected within 3 working days of the completion notice. If a vehicle remains uncollected beyond this period without prior arrangement, we may charge a storage fee.

Full payment must be settled before the vehicle is released from our workshop.

4. Pricing and Payment

All service charges are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Quoted prices cover labour charges only unless otherwise stated. The cost of spare parts, consumables, or materials will be charged separately and will be communicated to you before they are sourced.

We will provide a revised estimate if the scope of work changes after the initial inspection. No additional work will be carried out without your approval of the revised cost.

Payment is due in full upon completion of work and before vehicle collection. We currently accept cash payment at the workshop. Please request a receipt at the time of payment.

Disputes over charges must be raised before the vehicle is collected. Once the vehicle has left our premises and payment has been made, we consider the transaction settled.

5. Warranty on Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience an issue directly related to a service we carried out, please contact us within 7 days of vehicle collection and we will inspect the vehicle at no additional charge.

Our warranty covers labour workmanship only and does not cover parts supplied by the customer, wear and tear arising from normal use after the service, damage caused by accidents or misuse after collection, or pre-existing conditions unrelated to the work carried out.

Parts supplied by Jannat Automobiles & Parts may carry a separate manufacturer or supplier warranty where applicable. We will inform you of this at the time of purchase.

6. Our Liability

We take every reasonable precaution to care for your vehicle while it is in our custody. However, Jannat Automobiles & Parts shall not be held liable for pre-existing damage or faults not related to the work commissioned, mechanical failures arising from the age or general condition of the vehicle, delays caused by parts unavailability or circumstances outside our control, or loss or damage arising from force majeure events such as floods, fires, or civil disturbances.

Our maximum liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle, including its make, model, year, and any known faults or previous repairs. Withholding relevant information that affects the work or leads to additional damage is your responsibility.

You confirm that you are the registered owner of the vehicle or have the authority of the registered owner to authorise repair and servicing work.

You agree to collect your vehicle within a reasonable time after being notified that work is complete.

8. Website Use

The content on jannatautomobiles.com, including text, images, service descriptions, and pricing information, is provided for general information purposes only. While we try to keep all information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the website is free from errors or that content is always current.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property
